Landscaping Committee Volunteers Needed
Posted on Sep 22nd, 2016

September 22, 2016
The HOA Board of Directors is seeking one or two residents to serve on the Landscaping Committee.  Lynne Ovington has been filling this role for the many years and is moving to Colorado in October.  She assures you that the job is easy and gratifying.

You will have the opportunity to help ensure that the Costa Bella common area landscaping is kept to the high standards that our residents and guests appreciate and to add your personal touch to annual plant selection and the like. The work includes:
  •  Meet quarterly with the HOA common area landscape contractor (Land Restoration) to review areas that need extra attention and plant or shrub replacement.
  • Propose the annual discretionary landscaping budget (outside of the contractor costs) to the board during the budgeting process (shrub replacement, improvements, tree pruning, ect.)
  • Be the board's liaison to the contractor and Oberg Property Management on landscaping related issues and decisions.
  • Periodically monitor the common areas along our roads, the mailbox kiosk, the clubhouse and the marina entrance to watch for potential problems (inadequate water, etc.) for Oberg Property Management or the contractor to address.
If you are interested in serving, please contact Mary Lynn Oberg at
Thanks for helping to keep Costa Bella beautiful and well maintained.
